Your mission
As a Product Manager Home, you will be the gear in between development and sales, and by that, making sure the decision-making on new innovations is led by concise market feedback. Further, you oversee the existing product portfolio and drive decision-making on maintaining the portfolio to stay best in class. Your role is vital to ensure flawless communication between the development and the market and vice versa.
Apart from more generic product topics, your focus area will be the entire Hemro Home Product Portfolio.
Product Care:- Managing all product topics that require action from market end-to-end incl. lead communication internally and externally
- Warranty case handling to support first level customer support
Future Product Portfolio:- Heavily involved in refining the roadmap and specifications of the future product pipeline, incl. hardware, software and App
- Apart from our Home products, lead the efforts to evolve our Home Accessories Portfolio
- Support in testing our software as well as app environment
- Lead the efforts in creating documentations such as instruction manuals and spare parts list.
Product Training:- Develop training concepts for partners and deploy them to the other local PMs globally
- For Europe and Middle East: joint effort in actually training the distributors together with the existing Product Manager – online and offline
- Hemro Academy, AMA, Brand Gatherings in scope.
Your profile
- Business background with min. 3 years proven experience as Product Manager or similar role, preferably the coffee industry
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or comparable education in Engineering, Business or a related field
- Technical affinity and understanding is required
- Highly self-motivated, structured, organized and proactive attitude
- Good communication abilities, with a focus on a clear, customer-centric approach
- Motivated to work in a very international team
- Fluent in English, German beneficial
- Travel (20-30%)
